Implanting method using bonding with permanent cement

Implants and natural teeth. This is a method of bonding with permanent cement.



The patient is 66 years old this year.
This is a photo before implant placement on the right posterior tooth in 2015.The right maxillary sinus membrane appears thickened.





Implants were placed using the crestal approach. Although the maxillary sinus membrane appears thickened. The patency of the middle osteum was maintained. This is a photo after the final prosthesis.

This photo is about 4 years after the final prosthesis. Although the maxillary sinus membrane still shows symptoms of thickening. There doesn't seem to be any major problems with the functionality.
