Replacing one fixture with OSSTEOBIONICS STR fixture

I used the STR fixture. It is 4.5 mm in diameter and 10 mm long. This is a case of removing a fixture that had been used for a long time, waiting, and then placing it with a delay.

I removed the tooth using a trephine bur. A few months later, it will be replanted with a slightly larger fixture. This is the last detention.  We selected the location using a guide.  It's convenient even if you can't see.
