Molar implantation for a young case

This is a 34-year-old female patient.
Implants are scheduled to be placed in the second molars on both sides of the lower jaw.

It has been a long time since the tooth was extracted and the opposing tooth has been extruded.
In the Panorama photo, the height of the implantation bone is not sufficient, but in the CT scan, the inferior alveolar nerve is biased toward the buccal side, so there appears to be room for placement.

I placed it while checking it with an intermediate photo.

This is a photo after final implantation. You can see on the CT that the implant is safely located lingual to the inferior alveolar nerve. If necessary, it would be safer to insert a guide pin in the middle and take a CT scan to diagnose the diagnosis.
