Implantation case in a midcervical area

This is a 42-year-old male patient.
This is 23 cases of immediate implantation.

After tooth extraction, there appears to be a lack of keratinized gingiva in the midcervical area.

Immediately after implantation, bone grafting was performed and the keratinized gingiva in the adjacent interdental area was moved and sutured. This is a postoperative radiographic findings.

This is a photo after the final prosthesis.
It appears that some degree of keratinized gingiva has been created in the midcervical area.

Recently, when there is insufficient keratinized gingiva in the midcervical area during immediate implantation, a lateral local flap is used.
