Implantation by Dentaltip
This is a photo of #13 before tooth extraction and a city photo 4 months after tooth extraction. Because the bone condition was so bad, we decided to do delayed implantation and only bone grafting was done afterwards.
This is a photo after bone transplant. As the condition became steeper from the #13 position to the distal apical position, I continued to worry and placed the Ari implant. It would be the same as adding long healing to an existing fixture, but I think it would be a little better than that.
This is my first case, so I am very inexperienced.I'm curious about how teachers deal with cases where the alveolar margin is so steep as it is now.
