Case of 68 year old female patient

She is a 68-year-old female. She came to the hospital  with pain in #26 #27 areas. I took osteoporosis medication orally for about 10 years, once a week. Recently, I changed to taking something weaker every day. I am wondering if a tooth extraction or implant is possible.
