I tested a new product.The inside is a nonsubmerged type with an internal hex structure. I think it can be used in a variety of ways depending on the implantation depth.

I tried installing it directly on the D4 practice model. It gently and stickily digs into the practice model block.

I think it will be similar in actual patients.
