CAS Kit using case

 This is a patient referred to the hospital for maxillary sinusitis after bone grafting and implant failure in patients 26 and 27. Although transplanted into the maxillary sinus, the bone appears to be maintained to some extent and maxillary sinusitis is observed.

This is a photo taken after waiting for about 5 months while treating maxillary sinusitis.Bone graft remains to be proceeded.

During drilling, it was observed that the remaining bone was hard.Using a CAS kit, the implant was placed by additionally performing bone grafting using allogeneic bone using a cresatal approach.
