The case of implantation in #27 and #28 area

This is a 66-year-old female patient.
You want 28 tooth extractions and 27 implants.

This is a CT finding. The amount of alveolar bone in #27 area is small, and the root of #28 tooth appears close to the maxillary sinus membrane. The patient's mouth opening limit was not that wide, so the surgery was uncomfortable.

This photo is taken immediately after tooth extraction. Allogeneic bone and xenogeneic bone were transplanted.

Since the bone quality was a bit weak, an additional allogeneic bone was transplanted.
