Implantation of the upper jaw

Maxillary sinus lift surgery in progress at a nearby clinic
The patient was referred after the surgery, because the mucous membrane was torn. When we  re-approached a month later, adhesions are visible.

Graft materials and membranes are used to stop the bleeding.

A few months later, we reapproach and install the fixture.

There are no photos of the final prosthesis because it was sent back to the original clinic after only implantation.

I also think it would have been better to wait a little longer.I feel that most of the commercially available graft materials for maxillary sinus elevation have no problems. Currently, I mainly use Oscotech’s Inducera.

The maxillary sinus bone is thick, so it was slightly torn when removing the bone window.
The transplant was completed using colar tape.
