Cyst removal case

  This is a 58-year-old female patient.She has a periodic swelling and pain in the left maxillary region.



This shot shows cystic lesions around #29.


CT findings. ENT explained the removal of the cyst under general anesthesia.



The patient didn't like general anesthesia, so he visited our hospital. The tooth was in a #27 area and it was vital tooth.




I decided to remove the cyst in the #28 area by partial anesthesia, but the location seems a little burdensome.Removing procedure was a bit hard.
