Case with using a SBA fixture

Single anterior teeth are difficult.

As time passes, I hope that the gingiva will change more naturally.It looks like color correction is also needed.

Here was used a SBA fixture.

The labial bone wall remaining in a concave shape is strong, and the graft material was used with the expectation that it would only protect against absorption of the existing exposed bone wall.

However, I think it would have been better if an absorbent membrane had been used.
