Case with large cystic lesion

If there is a fairly large cystic lesion in the area where implantation is to be performed, there is sometimes concern that the maxillary sinus membrane may tear even if a cresatal approach is used.

A cystic lesion is seen in #26 area.

On a shot it looks pretty big. First, remove the remaining tooth root and after about 3 months

A crestal approach was performed simultaneously with aspiration of the cystic lesion.

In order to minimize tearing of the maxillary sinus membrane during bone grafting after the crestal approach, the procedure was performed live.

At the same time, a crestal approach was implemented.

Here's a shot form 2017 after a surgery.

This is a shot after prosthetics in 2018.

Here is the shot from 2021s. I think this may be a method that can be used in cases where the cystic lesion is large.
