Case with a double Crestal Approach
This is a 68-year-old female patient. I'm going to remove tooth #26 and place an implant there.

I removed the teeth and at the same time I had an alveolar bone transplant with a crestal approach.
Here is a CT findings.
Although bone grafting is a done not completely, it seems possible to place the implant using a crestal approach.
Again after 5 month later the implant was placed using crestal approach. This is the shot about 1 year after implantation was done.
This picture is taken about three years after the implantation. Here are two cases when there were simple crestal approaches done separately.
