Case of placing Bone Healing Abutment
Here's a case of a 57-year-old female patient. She's planning to have an immadeate implatation in there a #24 area.
There are symptoms of fistula and root canal infection on the buccal side.
This is the step by step illustration of how after the tooth is removed, the periapical area is carefully treated, cleaned and drilled, and then some allogeneic bone powder transplanted before implantation is proceeded.
After bone grafting, final drilling was performed without irrigation using the placement mode, and then the implant was installed.
Afterwards, bone healing abutment of size 504 was installed.
