Case of implantation in a area #21
This is a 64-year-old male patient.
Tooth in a #21 area was fractured.
Here is a CT finding.
There was difficulty in extracting the root canal treated tooth. After extraction, it was confirmed with a radiograph.
After drilling, the implant was placed and bone grafting was performed using absorbable membrane and xenogeneic bone to compensate for the slight alveolar bone loss on the buccal side.
This is a photo from the surgery. After placement, healing was placed and simple bone grafting was performed.
This is a post-operative photo. This photo is taken immediately after setting the final prosthesis.
