A case of immediate implant placement in a 59-year-old female patient with chronic periodontitis involving teeth #24 and #25.

There is some alveolar bone loss visible.

The tooth was extracted and an immediate implant placement was performed.

The initial stability was satisfactory.

After about 4 months, the prosthesis was placed.
