Immediate implant placement case 2

A 63-year-old male patient is scheduled for immediate implant placement in the area of tooth #21.

Drilling was performed slightly towards the palate.

An implant was placed to a depth of about 4mm, and a bone healing abutment was attached. To cover the gap on the adjacent side, a homogenous membrane was used.

The area with a gap on the adjacent side was covered with a membrane, and a simple allograft was performed.
