Cystic lesion in the maxillary anterior region



This is a 73-year-old male patient referred for a cystic lesion in the maxillary anterior region.





Upon flap reflection, a cystic lesion is revealed in the soft tissue.




It was carefully removed, and it appears to be well encapsulated.


Subsequently, grafting was performed using collagen bone material.


After suturing.





After surgery.

There are no signs of infection so far.
