When the amount of bone loss is minimal during implant placement

A female patient, aged 56, is scheduled for immediate implant placement in the area of tooth number 36.

The tooth was extracted, and the inner soft tissue was removed. The bone on both the buccal and lingual sides remains intact.

An implant was placed, and the empty space on the top was filled with collagen bone for augmentation.

Subsequently, a bone healing abutment was also placed.

In cases of minimal bone loss, personally, I find it convenient to use this type of synthetic bone.
