Implantation in a #41 area

Image
Here is the case of a 24-year-old female patient. The bone in the   # 41  area where the implant is scheduled to be placed appears thin. I had no choice but to implant 2.0mm MS.  Still, some fenestration is visible.  Simple bone grafting was performed on this area. This is a photo after the final prosthesis.

Using a guide kit during the middle drilling process case

I used a guide kit today. I felt that if I used it not only when determining the starting point but also during the middle drilling process, it prevented the position from changing and made the surgery easier.

Implantation in a thin alveolar bone area.

Image
These days, I'm thinking about a slightly different GBR method using tenting screws. The alveolar bone in the lower jaw appears thin. This is a wide tenting screw I designed. After bone grafting, it is covered with an absorbable membrane. Waiting the healing process to proceed after suturing and this is how it is looking now. I think it would be more advantageous because the head is wider.

Implantation of two areas in a raw

You can see the fixture exposed. Prepare two screws.  It is organized using graft material and collagen membrane. There are a variety of screw products from domestic companies. The size is:  diameter 1.6mm t he length of 6mm or 8mm is often used.

Lower jaw denture

The patient came to a clinic because lower jaw denture was uncomfortable.  This is a 76-year-old female patient. In the lower jaw, you can see implants like this that did not function even though they were placed. After much consideration, I planned to place an additional implant and have a denture using a locator. This is a picture after surgery This is a photo after the final prosthesis. For the upper jaw, existing implants were used as is.We decided to use the existing denture for the upper jaw for the time being. It's been about 6 months since the prosthesis and patient still using it well.

Inducera xenograft case

The fractured fixture was removed. The bone defect area after removal was quite large so I decided to wait. This is a common lateral approach to the maxillary sinus. The removed bone fragments were covered again. It was organized using a tissue level fixture and synthetic bone. This is Inducera xenograft.
