Case with observed cystic lesion

Image
a 58-year-old female patient has a cystic lesion observed in the maxillary region, specifically at site #27. Sometimes, when there is a cystic lesion like this, there may be concerns during maxillary sinus elevation surgery In the case of a well-encapsulated lesion, most of the time, there seem to be no significant issues. However, caution is required during sinus elevation surgery to prevent tearing In 2011, an implant was placed along with bone grafting using the crestal approach. In 2012 In 2014 It's 2017

Case of Occurrence of fenestration.

Image
77-year-old female patient this year. The photo is from 2006 when my oral hygiene was relatively good. At that time, I had an implant placed in the 23rd area. Fenestration occurred, and guided bone regeneration (GBR) was performed using an absorbable membrane. Impants were placed using a window approach in the 16th and 17th areas, and due to tearing of the maxillary sinus membrane, it was repaired using an absorbable membrane during the implant placement. The photo is taken after the surgery. This is a photo from 2008. This is a photo from 2015. This is a photo from 2016. This is a photo from 2017.
